A rebuttal to Marc Miller on potential unmarked graves

We have surely descended into a one-sided cultural and political Armaggedon when our very own so-called democratic government’s leaders — in this case Marc Miller, the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations— can castigate any and all commentators for daring to question the existence of historical and contemporary genocide against aboriginal people.

Barbara Kay, a warrior fighting for truth in the destructive Armaggedon culture wars, is one on Canada’s most celebrated and prolific editorial writers. She generally writes a column every two weeks for the National Post (and the occasional piece for their National Post Platformed series), every two weeks for the Epoch Times, and occasionally for other publications like the Western Standard.

A common thread in her writing, by her own admission, is an aversion to ideas that work to erode the health of our common culture, and that breaks down trust in institutions and in our fellow citizens:

Whether it is the false assertion that pit bulls get a bad rap and don’t pose an elevated risk of harm to other animals and humans; or the false belief that social transition from one’s biological sex to the other literally transforms a person into that sex; or that an obsessive hatred of Israel has no relationship with antisemitism; or that mothers are more important to a child’s healthy development than fathers: these and other issues rouse my combative spirit, and spark the columns I take most pride in.

As she carefully and intelligently shows below, no idea has worked more to erode the health of our common culture, and broken down trust in institutions and in our fellow citizens in recent years than the effort of the Liberal Party federal government to demonizes anyone who challenges unverified truths about any aspect of Canada’s Indian Residential Schools.
