Thoughtful people should call the 2021 Kamloops "discovery" a hoax
A rebuttal to Joseph Quesnel's column
Three writers — Brian Giesbrecht, yours truly, and Cory Morgan — have taken indigenous activist Joseph Quesnel to task for urging respectful acknowledgment of (read: capitulation to) the claim that the remains of 215 missing children were found in graves located next to the Kamloops Indian Residential School when such capitulation would be nothing short of indifference to both factual evidence and elementary logic, exacerbated by moral cowardice and misplaced empathy.
